A Sick Day @ Grandmother's House

The boys have had a runny nose the last couple of days and feeling a bit under the weather... AND GUESS WHAT? I have now caught their bug and needed some company for the day... So, to Grandmother's house we go *She is on Spring Break*

Cash found the Baby Einstein animal cards to be edible... I don't understand why he loves every forbidden item he spots with his baby vision... At least Bentley alerts me in some way that Cash is up to no good! Gotta love TWINS!

 They both enjoyed seeing their Uncles Maddox & Jack and playing around in MY Rug Roaster that is 22 years old and been handed down to my three brothers ;c)

** I can watch them for hours on end... just exploring the world**

My Mom and I decided to play a game of Scrabble! If you know my mother, and if you have ever had the pleasure of playing with her.. then you know winning a game is a historical moment! I DID! For the first time in my entire life I beat my Mom with a score 275! **Later we played again and she won of course**

Cash and Bentley enjoyed looking out at the rain/hail that IS the Pacific Northwest... or 2012?!?! Either way, the boys were enticed by the wacky weather ;c)

Eventually, it was time to go home and rest up for tomorrow's adventure to get Easter photos!!! 

I'M SO VERY THANKFUL FOR MY WONDERFUL FAMILY!!!

April Fools Weekend

Friday was a BEAUTIFUL day and perfect for an outdoor adventure to Grandmother's house (*My Mom*)

Jack joined us outside while the boys explored and attempted to eat every leaf, grass or stick in sight! I suppose it builds their immune system right???

I enjoyed using my Mom's camera to take some great photos of the boys enjoying the warm Spring day ;c)

Saturday morning I dropped the boys off with Pink while I headed out to emissions and to renew my tags...uhhh...I hate waiting in lines for something i'm not particularly fond of... All went well and as a reward to my car I gave her an oil change ;c)

That afternoon Ashweee and BCB (Bri-Cash-Bentley) headed over to the mall for a little shopping... I also showed off my twin wearing skills!

 I now have the freedom to go just about anywhere this summer!

 SUNDAY

I would have to say the best day of the week is Sunday.. Only because Josh has his one and only day off of work! We get to spend the day as a family ;c)

After giving them a morning bath (don't judge...) We decided to pack up the boys and take them down to the Farmer's Market in Vancouver,,,

Josh pushed them around the tiny market place... Soon it was decided we would drive over the bridge to P-town to enjoy their Farmer's Market.. Which is substantially bigger...

Although a bit more chilly down by the water front, it was wonderful to get out and about! Not to mention that I adore the rich culture of Portland.. "Keep Portland WEIRD!"

I saw this doggy with a sign collecting money.. too funny!!! Josh decided to indulge in a Philly steak and cheese sandwich ;c)

I had a $4 baby cup of Merlot that was horrible! The boys were fast asleep amongst all the live music! Crazy!!!

We met up with our friends Tony & Ashweeee

 ... Yes, he has a fro... complete with a pick comb in back!

Josh & Tony grabbed another beer while I strapped on Cash to ease to strain of the double stroller... Meanwhile we soaked up all the craziness that IS Portland ;c)

I switched  the babies and placed Bentley in the carrier (he is still kinda small), while I had some 'Fairy Hair' put in.. Its really a few feathers which have an 800% mark-up.. haha

After we got home the boys had a snack and chatted about their day together... 

I absolutely live for these days! Cash & Bentley, you are the BEST thing that ever happened to us! Your Daddy and I love you SOOOOOOOO much! Thank you for being such well natured babies!!

Safeway Stroll

Yesterday was the warmest day we have had in a LONG time here in the NW and without rain!!! The boys needed some formula so we decided go walk down to Safeway...

As we walked I saw my favorite trees dropping petals from their beautiful pink blossoms.. :c)

Further down the road we saw CHICKENS just roaming around... I was hoping a car wouldn't hit them while I was showing the boys.. 

Finally we arrived, did our quick shopping *The mega stroller is not grocery shop friendly.. kinda wide*

Cash was alert and happy as could be... Bentley was crashed out... Until we got home and the two switched on me! haha 

We had a fun Thursday and the back of my thighs ache from pushing them uphill... * Good workout*

After lunch we played a little more ;c) I love Cash and Bentley more than anything, everything they do captivates my attention!!!

Visiting Pink

Today the boys and I ventured out to visit the Pink (my grandmother). It has been a few months since the last time she was back (lives in Las Vegas while it rains here... *jealous*)... As I drove up she met us outside and we walked down to Beaches for lunch :c)

The boys has some oyster crackers and were very well behaved! *Not that i'm shocked.. I'm extremely lucky*  

They found a small window  in the condo they could see out of and had a fantastic time banging to make music!

We thought it would be cute to sit them up in the window.. but it was a little unsafe and they wanted to play...

We then headed over to the couch to look out another window ;c)

 Moose and Zee were on TV and the boys kept looking back and forth... too cute! Bentley almost crawled off the couch but I caught him.. I'm super MOM! ;c)

We had a great time and hope to be back to visit next week before Pink return to Vegas. They fell asleep on the way home from all the excitement!

Wii Dance

Today while looking at 'Multiples' blogs I came across picture of a woman with BOTH twins wrapped on her.. I have a Sleepy Wrap and attempted to look up videos online... Guess I need a woven wrap to put a baby on my back....

Anyways, I was wearing one baby around and decided to do a little Wii dancing... Good exercise and they boys love music... As I was dancing I was thinking how hilarious it would be to watch me... 

SO I literally electrical tapped the camera to the top of the TV and below is the result...PURE entertainment...

Oh, and I apologize for the lack of background music.. I didn't know it was so quiet until I uploaded it.. haha.. I totally look like a fool and I love it! I would do anything for you, Cash & Bentley!!!
