Josh's Birthday Weekend

Doesn't everyone live for the weekends?! I love spending all day with my family ;c) This weekend was your Dad's birthday and we celebrated accordingly Saturday night... We were joined by our friends Jeff and Christy and we had more than a good laugh or two...
You fed eachother cheeto puffs and enjoyed their company for a while before falling asleep ;c)
While you slept things we had a delicious dinner (I cooked) and indulged in a few adult beverages. When midnight rolled around Jeff decided to open the birthday candles and place them in a banana ;c)
After a while things become a little fuzzy... I know Jeff ate the worm at the bottom of some older tequila...YUCK...  I'll spare you by not posting the video.... just know it exists haha
**SMOOCH**
When we awoke the next morning they were gone, we found a counter covered in pepper and this note...
It reads... " Dear, friends...I apologize for whatever of this mess I caused, There's signs of my derelect behavior all over your home. Thank you for the great night I am very curious about the black pepper so let me know what happen there. love, Jeffrey ps. I love you" Too funny!!!

The pepper is still a mystery...

Sunday was Dad's actual birthday.... After many calls and facebook messages the day had a slight decline... Our sink is clogged (I put lentils down the drain and messed it up) and Grandpa Jon came to lend his help... They crawled under the house and got all dirty. Needless to say we need a plumber :c( I felt super guilty he was spending his birthday working on my mess... He didn't get biscuts and gravy for breakfast and I still needed to make cherry chip cupcakes... We did the dishes in the utilty sink and I baked...
I'll admit I did not have 31 candles... I figured a box would cut it but the package only has 24...lol... Its a very important tradition to make your Dad Cherry Chip cake/cupcakes every year just like his mommy did for him when he was little;c)
After you fell asleep on your Dad and made him feel much happier about his day, I made breakfast for dinner ;c) I had to make SURE your Dad had a good birthday...By the way I did buy him Modern Warfare 3 and we are going out Wednesday on the Portland Spirit for the Candy Cane cruise with Gavin Degraw!

Biscuts and gravy with turkey bacon, over easy eggs and hashbrowns... YUM! You two indulged in some turkey bacon for the first time and seemed to be big fans! The biscuts were perfectly flakey and most importantly your Dad was a happy camper!
Time for sleepy nigh night!
I love you both equally and more than anything!
